Hormone replacement therapy restores the body's natural synchronization. Women start losing their hormones approximately by the age of 35. Most women are perimenopausal in their early 40s. The average age of menopause is 51. Because of this the decade of hormone loss is from 40-50. Hormone replacement therapy can be very natural and safe if bioidentical hormones are used. Some women are reluctant to use hormone replacement therapy because their bodies are naturally supposed to go through menopause. But we also were not designed to live much after menopause. One hundred years ago, the average woman died before menopause.

Hormone replacement therapy can prevent health problems as a normal part of the aging process. Studies have shown that women who go through menopause early have an increase in cardiovascular disease and dementia. This is because estrogen is protective the cardiovascular system and the brain. Hormone replacement therapy is not only protective the heart and brain but it protects the bones, colon, urogenital tract, skin, joints, and hair.

Bioidentical hormones help with hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, moods, memory, energy, libido, skin, hair loss, and vaginal health. This is the same line I have under "bioidentical hormones" but make sure to add sleep there.
